Order Processing & Shipping Information
At Whiskerflex, we’re dedicated to ensuring your order arrives smoothly and on time. Here’s what you can expect:

🕒 Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and production before shipment.

🚚 Shipping Timelines

  • United States:
    Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 business days.

  • International:
    Delivery typically takes 15–30 business days, depending on your location and fulfillment center.

Note:

Please be aware that unexpected delays can happen due to weather, customs, high demand, or global disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

🔍 Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can also check the status at any time on our Track Your Order page.

Order Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at whiskerflex@gmail.com with the subject line: "CANCEL MY ORDER."

  • Address Changes: If you entered the wrong address, please notify us within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we can no longer make address changes once the order has shipped.

🚪 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will make two delivery attempts before returning the package to us.

💥 Damaged Orders

If your product arrives damaged, simply email us at whiskerflex@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
